Today,  I played with the Not 2 Shabby Shop's Spring and Summer release again. 

This time it was the Summer Time Buddies set. 

This month I've been practicing my watercoloring as well as playing with the new release Jamie has in her shop.

Creative ways to color using paper | Paper piecing | Collaboration with Include a Thank You

 How fun are collab videos? I love them so much. I really enjoy seeing different creator's different takes on a particular topic or technique. When Desiree contacted me about this collaboration I immediately jumped at the opportunity offering Paper piecing as the technique. If you've followed me any length of time you know I always try to sneak it in somewhere. I love my patterned paper! Today, I left the majority of the process in so you can see exactly how this card came together and how I truly colored with paper to finish this image.

Creating a Shaker inside a Shaker | #TeamTinyAllShookUp | Supporting Small Channels

Hi Everyone! Today, I'm participating in another Team Tiny Video Collaboration Hop. This month's theme was shaker cards. And I'm not the biggest shaker card fan for a couple reasons so I cheated and used a couple shaker card kits to create my card. I think my idea went much smoother in my head than it did in execution! Beginner Watercolor | Not 2 Shabby Shop | Tea Time Buddies | A small Image can carry a card

Hi everyone! Today, I wanted to share a card I made using the Not 2 Shabby Shop's Tea Time Buddies Stamp Set from the Spring and Summer release. The image I chose wasn't even a main image. Sometimes A supporting image can carry an entire card. I believe this time it sure did.

Celebrating 500 Subscribers to my YouTube Channel.

I firmly believe far more people view my videos than my blog but I really wanted to post here to share the big news. My channel, Delaney Jane Cards, has hit one of my personal milestones. 500 Subscribers!

I, and several of my crafting besties are celebrating with a YouTube hop and giveaway.

This is the project I created.

I decided to no line watercolor this beautiful image from MayMay Made It entitled New Creation.

I know I"m a beginner but I don't think I did that terrible of a job. What do you think?

And I finished the inside! I'm really working toward finishing the inside of every single card I make.

Building A Dimensional Scene | Beginner Watercolor | Picnic Fun

Today, I'm playing with the Picnic Fun Stamp Set from the Spring and Summer release from Not 2 Shabby.

I created a dimensional scene using the images in the stamp set and some fun patterned papers and dies from my collection.

I also am working on my watercoloring this month and am again playing with the General's Kimberly watercolor pencils 12 ct and I'm using Canson XL watercolor paper.


The Not 2 Shabby Shop has released 4 adorable stamp sets in this release including Picnic Fun, Summer Time Buddies, Tea Time Buddies, and Spring Is In The Air. I will be featuring each stamp set this month with a video.

Using Stamped Images to Enhance a Scene | Beginner Watercolor | Summer Time Buddies

I'm showcasing the Summer Time Buddies Stamp Set from the Not 2 Shabby Shop's Spring and Summer 2020 release.

This set features some adorable critters all at the beach but I wanted to focus on some of the smaller maybe more overlooked images in my card today. I am also still working on my watercoloring and I have used the General's Kimberly Watercolor pencils again today as well as some Canson XL watercolor paper.
